Lance Drucker:
Forbes’ ranking of America’s Best-in-State Wealth Advisors, developed by SHOOK Research, is based on an algorithm of qualitative and quantitative data, rating thousands of professionals with a minimum of four years relevant experience. Factors reviewed include revenue trends, assets under management, compliance records, industry experience and best practices. Also, interviews are held via telephone and in-person conversations. Portfolio performance is not a criteria due to varying client objectives and lack of audited data. There is no fee to participate.
The Women’s Choice Award for Financial Advisors was created by WomenCertified Inc. in partnership with the Women’s Institute for Financial Education, in an effort to help women identify financial advisors and firms that provide quality service and a strong commitment to their female clientele. Advisors who qualify for the Award are evaluated using 17 objective criteria including industry tenure and client demographics. For more information, please visit www.wife.org.
The Five Star Wealth Manager award, administered by Crescendo Business Services, LLC (dba Five Star Professional), is based on objective criteria including credentialing and designations, compliance with Firm and regulatory standards, client retention rates, households served and assets managed. Wealth managers do not pay a fee to be considered or awarded. Once awarded, wealth managers may opt to purchase additional profile ad space or related award promotional products. The award methodology does not evaluate the quality of services provided and is outlined completely at www.fivestarprofessional.com/public/wmresearch.

Investopedia Top 100 Advisor:
The annual Investopedia 100 list honors financial advisors who have demonstrated top-of-the-industry skills in the following critical areas.
- Reach: defined as digital presence across their own websites, social media, and other media platforms such as video and podcasts.
- Community support: measured through peer nominations by industry professionals outside of their own firms.
- Commitment to financial literacy: measured by the advisor’s participation in workshops, programs, nonprofits or collaboration with others in the community to spread financial education to those who need it most, as well as the creation of accessible content.
All three factors weighed heavily in the 2022 Investopedia 100 methodology. Applications were checked for accuracy and quality, and final scores were tabulated according to weights designated for each of the criteria above. Investopedia receives no compensation from placing advisors on our list, nor does an advisor's appearance on our list constitute an individual endorsement by Investopedia of such advisor.
Forbes Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisor:
Neither SHOOK nor Forbes receives any compensation in exchange for placement on its Top Financial Security Professional (FSP) rankings, which are determined independently (see methodology). FSP refers to professionals who are properly licensed to sell life insurance and annuities. FSPs may also hold other credentials and licenses which would allow them to offer investments and securities products through those licenses. Ranking algorithm is based on qualitative measures learned through telephone, virtual and in-person interviews to measure best practices, client retention, industry experience, credentials, review of compliance records, firm nominations; and quantitative criteria, such as: assets under management, sales figures and revenue generated for their firms. Investment performance is not a criterion because client objectives and risk tolerances vary, and these professionals rarely have audited performance reports. Individuals must carefully choose the right FSP for their own situation and perform their own due diligence. SHOOK’s research and rankings provide opinions intended to help individuals choose the right FSP and are not indicative of future performance or representative of any one client’s experience. Past performance is not an indication of future results. For more information, please see www.SHOOKresearch.com. SHOOK is a registered trademark of SHOOK Research, LLC.
