Along with my 30 years of experience in wealth management, I’ve worked to build a dream team of experts here at Drucker Wealth Management. Together, it’s our mission to deliver an incredible and impactful experience to every client we work with.

My dive into the financial services industry began with a B.S. in accounting and finance from SUNY Binghamton. I quickly fell into the family business, coming to work for my father here at Drucker Wealth Management soon after graduation. I have since earned my Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC ® ) designation and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) degree as well as a Certificate in Retirement Income Planning from the Wharton School of Business.

Over the years, I worked with many powerful female clients, which inspired me to capture my experience and insights in a book titled “How To Avoid Bag Lady Syndrome: The Strong Woman's Guide To Financial Peace of Mind.” Throughout my career, I have been recognized as a Top Wealth Advisor, Women’s Choice Advisor and a top HTK advisor among other accreditations. In addition, I’m honored to be a multi-year recipient of the Five Star Wealth Manager Award,* which was awarded to me in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Are You Interested In Avoiding Bag Lady Syndrome?

*The Five Star Wealth Manager Award, administered by Crescendo Business Services, LLC (dba Five Star Professional), is based on 10 objective criteria:

  1. Credentialed as an investment advisory representative (IAR) or a registered investment advisor;
  2. Actively employed as a credentialed professional in the financial services industry for a minimum of five years;
  3. Favorable regulatory and complaint history review;
  4. Fulfilled their firm review based on internal firm standards;
  5. Accepting new clients;
  6. One-year client retention rate;
  7. Five-year client retention rate;
  8. Non-institutionalized discretionary and/or non-discretionary client assets administered;
  9. Number of client households served;
  10. Educational and professional designations.

Wealth managers do not pay a fee to be considered or awarded. Once awarded, wealth managers may opt to purchase additional profile ad space or related award promotional products. The award methodology does not evaluate the quality of services provided. The award is not indicative of the award winner’s future performance. (Number of candidates) (market) wealth managers were considered for the award; (number of award winners) (approximately (percentage) percent of the award candidates) were named Five Star Wealth Managers. To qualify as having a favorable regulatory and complaint history for this award, the person cannot have (1) been subject to a regulatory action that resulted in a license being suspended or revoked, or payment of a fine, (2) had more than a total of three customer complaints filed against them (settled or pending) with any regulatory authority or Five Star Professional’s consumer complaint process, (3) individually contributed to a financial settlement of a customer complaint filed with a regulatory authority, (4) filed for bankruptcy, or (5) been convicted of a felony.

As the third generation of our firm, I’ve pretty much been an advisor-in-training since I was a kid. And now as a young professional myself, no one on the Drucker advisory team can relate to what H.E.N.R.Y.s (High Earners, Not Rich Yet) are going through better than I can.

After starting my own tennis school business in high school, I moved on to receive my degree from Lehigh University and completed my duties as a paratrooper in the Israel Defense Force. Soon after, I joined my dad at Drucker Wealth to help my generation gain financial independence, a.k.a cure young professionals from staying a H.E.N.R.Y. forever with my H.E.N.R.Y Syndrome™ suite of services.

I currently hold my FINRA Series 7 license.

As our official planning princess, I’m fascinated by the “nitty gritty” details that go into each financial plan I help prepare for our clients. I enjoy tackling the analytics side of the business, which is why I graduated from CUNY Baruch with a degree in accounting and two minors in law & policy and journalism.

In my spare time, you can find me cooking, reading or doing yoga as a part of my lifetime pursuit of becoming a human pretzel.

Believe it or not, I started out as a client at Drucker Wealth. After working together, Lance begged me to join our team so I could help other people preparing for retirement by sharing my due-diligence, attentiveness and dedication to the financial planning process. I tend to work my magic behind the scenes by assisting others who are preparing their own retirement income strategies in addition to helping keep important details from being overlooked.

Zena and Zoe Drucker

Director of Mess Development, Chief Barketing Officer

Zena and Zoe were rescued by Lance Drucker and hired by Drucker Wealth because well, they’re part of the family and, after all, this is a family business. Zena serves as our team’s Director of Mess Development. Her most recent project, but maybe not her proudest moment, includes shredding an entire roll of toilet paper to pieces. Zoe serves as Zena’s direct counterpart as the Chief Barketing Officer. While she wasn’t exactly assigned this responsibility, Zoe has taken it upon herself to bark and alert Zena when the boss is nearby.

The pair enjoy going for long runs through the woods in New Jersey, trying exotic human foods (like an entire cantaloupe) and keeping morale high around the office so the Drucker team can provide an exceptional client experience to everyone who walks through the door.
