Along with my 38 years of experience in wealth management and financial planning, I’ve worked to build a dream team of experienced professionals here at Drucker Wealth. Together, it’s our mission to simplify your financial life through a combination of technology and personal hand holding, so that you can enjoy more and worry less.

My dive into the financial services industry began with a B.S. in accounting and finance from SUNY Binghamton. I quickly fell into the family business, coming to work for my father here at Drucker Wealth soon after graduation. I have since earned my Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC ® ) designation , Accredited Investment Fiduciary,  Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) degree as well as a Certificate in Retirement Income Planning from the Wharton School of Business.

Over the years, I worked with many powerful female clients, which inspired me to capture my experience and insights in a book titled “How To Avoid Bag Lady Syndrome: The Strong Woman's Guide To Financial Peace of Mind.” Throughout my career, I have been recognized as a Top Wealth Advisor, Women’s Choice Advisor, Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Advisor and featured as part of Forbes Finance Council. In addition, I’m honored to be a multi-year recipient of the Five Star Wealth Manager Award.*

I am a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, married for over 35 years to the same wonderful woman, a father of 2 great kids , an owner of 2 lunatic rescue dogs, and a grandfather of 2 knucklehead grandsons.  The fact that my son Gideon who is now the President of our firm is way smarter than me and has a clear path to help our clients grow for the next 35 years allows me to spend time with my clients, my dogs, and my grandsons knowing the future of our business is in great hands.

Sarah Ward, CFP® AIF®

Financial Advisor

Wealth Builder Division
Certified Financial Planner™

P: (212) 681-0460 option ext. 107
Email: sarah@druckerwealth.com

Sarah has been with Drucker Wealth for over 2 years. After completing her CFP® designation she became the Wealth Builder Division's 3rd full time Lead Financial Advisor. Let's dive into a little Q&A we recently did with Sarah so you can get to know her a bit better.

Ok, let's start with some background... Who is Sarah Ward? What do you like? Where do you live? etc.

SW: Like Journey said - "Just a small town girl..." I live in a rural area in Southwest Michigan with my husband and two sons. Most of my extended family lives within 30 minutes, and we spend most of our time together. My husband and I raise chickens and rabbits, and love spending time outside. Our boys are 4 and 5, so we spend a lot of time at parks and playgrounds! I love fishing, hunting, gardening, and reading and in the last few years I learned to ride a motorcycle and spend the (short!) summer riding my Harley with my dad when we have a little free time.

What made you want to be a financial advisor?

SW: I got into the business over seven years ago, initially as an assistant for my late mother-in-law's advisor. I was working in the kitchens at a local casino when my mother-in-law passed away, and had no idea what I was getting into - I just knew I was good with people and the hours were better! Turns out I really loved it - visiting with clients, learning more about them and their families. I was working as a Junior Advisor when I decided to pursue my CFP®️ designation, and it opened my eyes to EVERYTHING that Financial Planning can and should be. I primarily worked with clients that were already in retirement, but I realized I wanted to help people well before that point in their lives, so I decided to make a change. This is exactly what drew me to Drucker Wealth - the Wealth Builder division that is Gideon's passion project. Like the movie Field of Dreams - "If you build it, they will come..."

Now that you're doing it, what's your favorite part of being a Financial Advisor?

SW: I love it when the client has that "aha moment" - when they sit back in their seat and say "wow, this makes me feel so much better!" - I LIVE for that moment. Whether it's showing them the balance between spending and retirement age, or showing them it's okay to enjoy life a little more now, there's always that one thing for every client that is most important to them, and it's different for everyone! This might be my inner psychology nerd at work (my degree is in Psychology), but it is SO fulfilling.

As the Operations Manager here at Drucker Wealth I play a vital role to ensure our Investment New Business is completed in a timely and accurate manner. To say I deal with a lot of paperwork is an understatement, but that is what assists our team in ensuring our clients have a seamless process when opening their investment accounts.

From the moment you complete your Financial Life Plan and become a Drucker Wealth investing client, I’ll oversee your transition and ensure it is seamless.

I started my career in the financial industry in 2010 and knew it was the industry for me when I realized how much of an impact financial planning would have on our clients lives. I thoroughly enjoy seeing people get excited about their financial future and if there is anything I can do to make that experience greater for someone, I’m in 100%!

I’m an avid sports fan and huge Michael Jordan fan. Michael Jordan once said, “Some people want it to happen, some wish it could happen, others make it happen” and that’s the motto I ride with every single day.

I’m also big on family, surrounded by mostly females including 3 sisters and 3 nieces who I love to the moon and back and enjoy spending lots of time with. I’m a big animal lover! I got my “pandemic puppy” in April of 2021 and she’s a beautiful English Cream Golden Retriever name Miley. Although I wasn’t prepared for all of that hair around the house, she is a gem and brightens every day!

As the Director of Client Education at Drucker Wealth I have a hand in helping our clients get the most value out of their relationship with our firm.

Before you even have your first Right Fit call with our team, I am at work behind the scenes to provide you with opportunities to further educate yourself about our Financial Life Planning process.

Once you complete your Financial Life Plan® and choose to come on board as an ongoing Investment Client, I will be there to help you gain online access to your accounts! So if (and when!) you get locked out of your account or need help viewing your statements, I am your person!

I started my career in financial services in 2014 and immediately fell in love with the the work I was doing - helping people connect with advisors who can positively impact the course of their financial life.

I know financial planning can seem overly complicated and even scary at times, especially with of all the jargon and formalities often involved with meeting an advisor.

But what I quickly realized was... it does not need to be that way! Financial planning can be fun and empowering when you have the right team of people to support you.

As the Director of Wow at Drucker Wealth I continue on my mission to connect our incredible team with HENRYs and hard working young professionals who need financial guidance.

When I am not planning our next client event or adding a new vlog to our website you can find me hanging out with my dachshund Ella, making one of Tieghan Gerard's Half Baked Harvest recipes or virtually working out with one of my favorite Peloton instructors!

Zena and Zoe Drucker

Director of Mess Development, Chief Barketing Officer

Zena and Zoe were rescued by Lance Drucker and hired by Drucker Wealth because well, they’re part of the family and, after all, this is a family business. Zena serves as our team’s Director of Mess Development. Her most recent project, but maybe not her proudest moment, includes shredding an entire roll of toilet paper to pieces. Zoe serves as Zena’s direct counterpart as the Chief Barketing Officer. While she wasn’t exactly assigned this responsibility, Zoe has taken it upon herself to bark and alert Zena when the boss is nearby.

The pair enjoy going for long runs through the woods in New Jersey, trying exotic human foods (like an entire cantaloupe) and keeping morale high around the office so the Drucker team can provide an exceptional client experience to everyone who walks through the door.
