Jordan Haines is a financial advisor at Drucker Wealth based near Boise, Idaho, with a background spanning consulting, financial planning, and tech, all centered on helping individuals, families, and organizations flourish. Guided by a personal mission “to help organizations create the conditions for unrealized flourishing,” Jordan focuses on removing the financial friction that keeps people from progress in what matters most—relationships, purpose, and a meaningful life.

Having experienced firsthand how money worries can block that progress, Jordan learned how to “unblock” finances so money stops occupying the mind and starts serving life, and now brings that perspective to clients who are motivated to grow but feel stuck in their relationship with money.

Clients value Jordan’s approachable confidence, clear communication, and follow-through, as well as a strength for translating complexity into simple, doable steps and building systems they can trust, whether they are buying a home, launching a business, protecting a family, or getting on track for retirement.

Outside of work, Jordan is all about community and nature, from hosting big gatherings with new friends to disappearing into Idaho’s backcountry for multi-day backpacking trips, usually while diving deep into a new “bright and shiny” topic just to understand how it all works.
